I sent in my blackberry and  they received it, they emailed me 

What is Happening?

We have received your package!

Your device will be inspected by one of our expert technicians to determine its final value. Within the next 5-6 business days expect a payment confirmation email 

What do you need to do?

Check your email SPAM folder to make sure that all of our previous emails got delivered to your INBOX. Wait for the confirmation email and a payment.

Things to keep in mind:

We process all devices as quickly as we can. We will contact you as soon as inspection is complete.

I emailed them several times asking where my payment was.  on 11/15/2014 i receivd this email

Dear michelle,

Thank you for your email. We have completed the inspection of your device. However, there are a few options on how to proceed from here that we would like to discuss with you over the phone. Please contact our customer service department at 888-821-1143 at your earliest convenience.

I called and after being hung up on i called back. i was sent to the purchasing dept, my phone i sent in was a 3 month old blackberry Z10. I was quoted $123, he tells me after their technicians inspected it they deemed it not salvageable and with no monetary value, he said they could either ship the phone back to me or recycle it.  

I think the reason they found it no value cause it is a blackberry, i paid $499 in aug 2014 for it, only reason i was gettig rid of it i upgraded to a better blackberry.

They misrepresent themselves. If they dont want blackberrys they should said it on their website.

i told them to send me my phone back and it better not be damaged or i will be conntacting my attorney
