my car was stolen in october 2002. my 98 nissan sentra was found in albuquerque, new mexico in november 2002. on november 6th 2002 my car was towed by a-1 towing. arranged by ed corley nissan. when i called to have vehcile towed i told them my insurance company is paying for the towing expense.

so my car is at ed corley nissan. we are both waiting for my insuance company adjuster to look at my. estimates are made. i presented it to ed corley nissan they said they can do all of the work for the estimated amount given by my insurance adjuster. ed corley nissan stated that my car will be ready in 2 weeks.

two (2) weeks later.... i haven't heard from the car dealer so i call them they tell me my car is not ready, yet. all the parts they ordered haven't come in yet. okay so another week goes by
i call. i find out the (2) males who were working on my car get fired. reason unknown. so the service manager steps in. tells me he has no knowledge of my car. he doesn't even know if its on the lot. said he will return my call. no call at all i have to call back. he then tells me that my car is not fully repaired. i then explain how i was told that ed corleys stated they would fix all my repairs within my insurances estimate. then the service manager says no it can't be done so again he faxes a copy of the invoice to my insurance company. they send me an ajustment check. so finally service manager phil curbis calls me to tell me that me car is ready minus the radio. so i go pick up my car just before closing time. i pay them for all the repairs completed minus the stero. iam driving home. i live about 25 miles from the car dealer. this is the nearest nissan dealer . my car lights go dim while driving, my car shakes when you reach 55 miles an hour my car doesn't feel the same. so the
following day i checked the oil. it had too much oil in it. my brother had to drain 1 1/2 quarts of oil. what gets me the most is the service manager quoted " your car runs excellent" . i call back the next day to tell them my car is still the same. it turns out that the service manager is no longer the service manager someone else is. i've dealt with three individuals who made promises to me about my car just were all lies. my car still runs likd s**t. they want me to bring it back into the shop but after all the hassel i feel unless i contact the better business bureau nothing will be done to correct what need to be fixed in the beginning.
