i have ordered on line from ed hardy australia after a while i enquired and was then told that the product was out of stock i did not have a problem with this and then changed it to another shoe in another colour for the past two weeks i went online to check when this order will be dispatched nothing happened the order has not been changed or sent i have emailed them but no answer form them i have then went on line to talk to a customer representative and could not get any answers from this they say every day we will send it tomorrow i have paid them and have been waiting 3 weeks for them to just send the order i can not phone them as they have no contact details i want my money back or order i contact them every day with no answers
