MIslead by car salesman. I was there to purchase a vehicle & found out 4 days later while talking to insuance company that the vehicle was indeed a lease vehicle.
When I contacted the dealership they said "its a done deal, call Daimler Chrysler and find out what they maybe able to do, called them and they had no record of this vehicle being sold or leased.
The dealership said they couldn't help us it was out of their hands.
I sent a certified letter to the President & Vice President of the Dealership explaining the frustration I had with this dealership (they own several dealerships)and have never heard anything back from them either. I have dealt with this dealership for over 15yrs and will never buy a vehicle from them again.
I have called phone numbers, sent lettere, emails and NOTHING!! I don't know if this weill help either but its worth a try.
I don't know how many more people get scammed into signing a lease when in fact they believe it is a purchase.
