Ed Payton was paid in full cash $755 to comple the following work, prime all room and paint, kitchen, repair kitchen sink repair baseboard, paint walls, sand cabeint   as of three month to date no work has been done to this date each time Ed never show up excuse, no phone service, car repair, out of town, baby ran over foot.  excuse excuse  i continure to ask for my money back he kept telling he brought matarial the only thing me Mr Payton purchase was one five gallon primer, 2./5gal of paint which sitting in middle of my living room  he only prime the living room, left my room in complete array He simple rip me off and left in a mess
