Here is my encounters with Eddie Accardi Chrysler Jeep:

I own a Chrysler Seabring 2003, that I purchased it as new in 2005 with 8 miles. Cuurently has 21k miles. It is still under the manufacture warranty. The paint on the hood, roof and trunk was fadding because of the prime that was applied by the manufacture. In june 2007 I took the car to Eddie Accardi Chrysler Jeep to see if they can re-pain my car since it was under the warranty. I met with Bill Lori and other individuals upon taking my pictures of the car and submit them to Chrysler for approval they called me to let me know I can bring the car in the shop for re-paint. They told me they will paint the whole car except the bumpers since it will look bad with just the hood trunk and roof. I agreed although it was more than I asked.

I dropped the car on Monday and I was put on a rental car after 2 hours of arguments because they didn't want to wait for Chrysler to pay them the rental fee. By Friday I received the call that my car was ready for pick up. When I got there and I saw the car at first I was in complete shock there were paint stains all over the car and dust particles. Also the surfaces weren't wax sand it and so on, even the letters from the trunk were painted over.

I refused to take the car and they agreed to repaint the car. In july I picked the car the second time after another week. The paint stain again were visible and once again I refused to take the vehicle and requested to be once again arranged. After another time ( 3rd time) the car wasn't painted properly. I told Bill Lori that my car every time I take it to them it becoming worse and worse. Then he told me that I shouldn't be expecting too much since the car is already 4 years old and I shouldn't be worried that they are professionals. Still my car wasn't painted and when I went to pick it up the letters were still painted over and the paint stain on the trunk lid was extremely visible and again I refused to take the car from the shop. Bill Lori got very nervous and he told me that the letter are not covered by the warranty at which point I told him if the under the warranty they should be painting over the letters.

In any case making long story short he took it the 4th time to have it repainted and now we are in September. After another week he called me up to let me know the car was ready and what ever I say he will not accept that car in the shop again. I looked at the car and I was shocked even more the only thing they did was to change the letters and wax the car. The fading stains were visible through the paint which led me to the conclusion that all they did was to spray paint over the car.

I contacted a lawyer and in November they agreed the 5th time to paint the car again. Guess what after another week they told me to pick up the car in the evening. Next day when I took a closer look the car has missing parts, distroyed speakers, parts assembled incorrectly and the paint looks like crap and has alot of dust in it and also paint stains. I went to get an estimate and it costs me $ 8,000.00 to fix this car and this is almost the value of the car. Out of the 8,000.00 the parts that they ditroyed represent 3,000.00.

Please refrain from having your car serviced at Eddie Accardi Chrysler Jeep. Please also get ready to see them on 4 tv channels since I am in the process of showing what they did to my car.
