The first time Mr. Eddie Harrison scammed me out of $1000 was about a few years ago, he called me up on a saturday morning and told me his son got arrested and needed $2000  borrowed to help bail him out of jail. Eddie harrison assured me that he would pay me back within one week, However that never happened. I followed up with him the previous week and he keep putting off paying me. one week turned into months and still no payment.  I lost contact with him for several months and at that point I decided to just count it as a loss.

I am a very forgiving person so when I was reconnected with him through a mutual acquaintance I wanted to start over from fresh with our socalled friendship.  We would ride our bikes to malibu or manhattan beach for exercise, go to BLM protest and marches over the summer of 2020 and we rebuilt our friendship, little I know he was only buttering me up for his next scam.  On monday 3/8/2021 Eddie Harrison  told he that he had access to discount watches so I Cash app him $800 and he would purchase the watch and bring it to me the following day. four days later he has refused to return my text and when I call him phone it goes directly to voicemail, I assume he blocked my number.  He has yet to return my text messages or voicdemails.

This guy is a real snake and a degenerate, he will pretend to be your friend only to use you and scam you out of money.  He claimes to be a General Contractor in the Greater Los angeles area but I strongly doubt he is, I believe he does maintaince for a company based on Culver City called "RDM Management"

Beaware of this Sociopath and thieft!!!!

I appreciate your kind words, and your critique of my post. Fact is Eddie Harrison in my opinion is a degenerate scam Artist, a fraud, and a prolific liar. I’m not sure your connection to him and quite frankly It’s irrelevant. Have a good life.

It's not about "how I operate" or "how you operate."  It's not you being "trusting" and "believing people can change."  It's your propensity for believing that you can buy people with presents of cash.  I am not going to apologize because I don't think it's a good idea to hand people wads of money after they've already ripped you off, believing that because they are willing to spend time with you means they've "changed."

Take off that halo you want other people to see.  You weren't nice, and you weren't trusting.  You were a needy, controlling idiot who believed you could buy a friend.  I have little doubt this will happen to you again- maybe with the same guy- unless YOU change.

By the way, you're pretty violent in your anger toward this guy after he cheated you for a second time.  Why didn't you have this reaction the FIRST time?  Why not after a THIRD time?  Oh right- that third time is coming.

You have a point.

My only sin in all of this was knowing how to forgive, the first $1000 he scammed from me I really believed I did a good thing by helping bail his son out of jail, and perhaps he just didn’t have the money to pay me and he couldn’t man up and admit it; that was my hope. I believe people can change but maybe you don’t, and that’s ok if that’s how you operate. As time went on I started to realize he was really a sociopath and a degenerate scammer.

I do sometimes feel like I was stupid in that moment for trusting him again but it was my way of really finding out if he was real or not. So all in all he made $1800 off of me. It only cost me $1800 ; many people have lost millions, and their life savings from various corporate scams or other various scams; thank god it only cost me $1800 to get this degenerate sociopathic theft out of my life forever.

The way I see it I lucked out, I didn’t lose but under 2k. So call me a moron and perhaps some will believe I was dumb for believing people can change but at this point it is what it is. I will survive. I want to make sure the world knows Mr. Eddie Harrison can never be trusted, he is prolific liar, a theft and a straight up FRAUD! Hopefully this post saves someone else from making the mistakes I made. You live and you learn. Good luck to all..

Fool me once...

This guy scammed you out of thousands of dollars because you are a trusting person.  He scammed you a second time because you are a moron who isn't capable of learning from his mistakes.  Sorry, but you deserve some level of sympathy for the first scam, not one iota for the second.

The only "relationship" you should have had after the first scam was through the courts.  Instead, you tried to "rebuild trust" with a person who had mugged you.  To the point of letting him mug you again.  I don't know if you are so desperate for friendship you are willing to try to buy it, or are just an idiot, but either way- no more sympathy here.
