My biggest complaint about Eden cleaning wizard is that they don't really clean or do a good job cleaning offices, and managers at HQ doesn't even care about their customers health from harmful bacteria and allergens, they just think that the customers are too cheap to afford Eden's services. This is what I'm getting from Hazel when I last had a sit down chat with her on Sunday July 9, 2017 I've told her the reason why everyone in HQ thinks I'm doing a detail cleaning it's because I'm actually using cleaning materials like bathroom sanitizers, multipurpose cleaner and Windex to actually clean offices with rags, brooms, vacuums and mop etc.. Because I care about people's health I really want to make sure that everyone who walks into the office is SAFE from harmful bacteria and allergens that will cause serious illness.

When I mentioned to Hazel about some of the cleaners are not working the complete hours promised to the customers and they was just doing the simple SPOT clean basically if it looks dirty clean only the dirty spot ignore what's around it, don't worry about the whole checklist just focus only on priority list basically getting all the trash, replace it with new trash bags and put dishes in the dishwasher that's it. When all that was said to Hazel she didn't even look a bit concern, in fact from her expression she wasn't even surprised. Basically she told me that I need proof to show her this was going on so that she can use the customers video camera tapes to see how long that cleaners was actually there for. I also noticed a lot of frustrations from her when I was explaining to her about all what was going on, so I knew right away I wasn't going to be working for Eden too long. The next day I received a phone call from Camille, she said that I was being removed from the platform, at first I was like what the hell she is saying!? So I said to her I'm being terminated and she said yes, then I thought to myself I knew it. I said why am I being terminated?

She tried to think of a reason why but only come up with because I had a complaint against me which I knew she was lying because people in HQ told me I got like so much good reviews about me even Hazel cough "evil woman" had told me I got a lot of 5stars. So Camille..cough "idiot lady" had also mentioned it's a culture difference between me and Eden which kinda makes sense. The culture difference between me and Eden is integrity, I have 6yrs experience with the United States Army of which 2 yrs was fight a war against terrorist. The army has taught me honor my country and most importantly integrity. I think Camille didn't like the idea that I wasn't going to break my awesome cleaning habits (integrity)and was afraid that I will know too much about Eden's operation on how they are not doing a good job cleaning these offices and maybe expose them to the customers. "it's my thoughts and experiences because that phone conversation with Camille was very sketchy".

I think I was wrongfully terminated. I think Camille and Hazel doesn't care about their customers health when it's their responsibility to make sure that the cleaners are cleaning these offices to be free from harmful bacteria and allergens that will cause serious illness, I care and love people of all kinds especially the people living in my country. Our biggest enemy is smaller than the naked eye. I'm not saying all of Eden's cleaners are bad cleaners, this is what I have experienced with some of Edens employees and I haven't got a chance to work with them all. I just think Camille and Hazel are ruining Eden's reputation. At the moment I will post more in details about my experiences with Eden, this is just a briefly explaining the time frame when I got terminated and the shorter version on why.. I sincerely hope this help and thank you for taking the time reading.

 You said you were wrongfully terminated but did not discuss that instead you blasted the company and their employees personally. It's seems you just wrote this to get even with the company because you get fired that's all. You sound more like a cry baby.

Involving other people's name just to talk about them in a negative way just to make you look good is not classy, and not fair cuz they are not here to defend themselves. You sound like sour graping cuz u got fired so you just want to throw s**t towards this people that u don't like.

If you have a legit complain about the company if u think u were terminated wrongfully focus on that don't bring up other people who got nothing to do why u got terminated.

Details about Eden cleaning wizard

 Day 1: I met with Hazel on Sunday June 18, 2017 for on-boarding session. She showed us how Eden basically operated, register with 3 apps: slack (Eden's social network), TriNet (broken app) and Eden's app (work schedules). But everything she told us in that on-board session did not match when you are at the offices cleaning, I guess it was easier said than done. Because everything outside of Eden's HQ is a totally the opposite.

Day 2: my first day on the job at Vertex Ventures in Palo Alto. From there I met with my mentor, very nice person great personality, he showed me around vertex and asked me to start cleaning the bathroom. I walked inside the men's room and It smelled like urine, so I first did my inspection around the bathroom and noticed a urine stain below the toilet bowl on the floor near the walls, also I've seen soap scums inside the shower below the bench the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all even though it looks clean but if it smells and you see soap scum as well as dust build ups on surfaces. Anyways it took me longer to clean the bathroom and I also forgot to mention there was no toilet SCRUBBERS, I had to wear rubber cheap gloves to clean the toilets and urinals, it was not a great experience.

After all bathrooms was cleaned I didn't really see my mentor doing much cleaning and I walked around noticed that there was dust build at the corners near the couch and so much dust build up on surfaces, most of the demands requested to complete on Eden's app checklist was not fully completed and the customers demand on that checklist was very long, it would've taken more than the hours requested on that app, so we proceeded to say we completed that office and I asked my mentor "do you use the app to start working" he said "he waits till all of his job is finish and he will go home then start the app and completes all the jobs on the app" so I just thought to myself what it was said on the on-board session and out in the field doesn't apply, my thoughts was I can do anything I want and not have to worry about doing the full hours promised to the customers and Eden's is probably aware of what's going on but keeps a turn cheek like it never happened.

So we went to our second office Alta Motors in Brisbane, he showed me around the warehouse and the offices and again asked me to cleaned the bathroom, I guess cleaning the bathroom is initiation because nobody like cleaning the bathroom. I know why because again it smells really bad like the whole bathroom was rinsed in urine and plus NO toilet scrubbers, it was horrible. Showers looks like its never been cleaned ever and when I walked in the kitchen there was old food and caked dirt built up between two metal drawers, toaster oven had old food build up, microwave wasn't cleaned. I thought to myself these cleaners don't care they just want a pay check and do their short cleaning visit not honoring customers demands for the amount of hours promised to them. First day of work I didn't want to report anything so I just went with the flow.

Day 3: at Vertex with my mentor again, this time I wanted to make a difference because it's just wrong the way these customers was getting ripped off and asked my mentor if we could follow the checklist and he kindly agreed also told me that when he first started working with Eden and met his mentors they didn't care about how it's important to clean offices and keys was very complicated to keep track, they would just give him keys that didn't match the offices and he mentioned how stressful it was, also said that 15 of Eden's employees just quit because they was fed up with Eden's management. I thought to myself very poor management at the HQ, it showed no leadership.

All that said, we tried to go through Vertex Ventures demands all on Eden's app and it would be impossible to complete them all on a timely manner we kinda worked passed the hours promised to the customer and still some of the area wasn't cleaned so we saved it for another day. Then we went to Alta motors, this time I started the kitchen, my mentor gathered all the dishes from the desk and I wasn't sure if the dishes in the dishwasher was cleaned so I started the dishwasher because I don't want to take them out not knowingly if they are cleaned, I started to hand washed all the dishes filled in the sink as well the dishes on the kitchen counters. Even though it took along time at least I know the dishes was cleaned from harmful bacteria. I cleaned the microwave and the toaster oven with the old food built up inside, my mentor was probably thinking to himself why it's taking him so long to clean the kitchen, so I mentioned to him that kitchen was seriously dirty and it's very important that it's fully clean for the people who utilize the kitchen was free from harmful bacteria like salmonella. I guess he wasn't listening. But he tried or acted like he cared. That warehouse took us along time to clean it, way longer required.It took me 2 hours to clean the kitchen because the amount of dirt build up and dishes, I've never in my life cleaned a kitchen that long. Not even during Thanksgiving Day....

Day 4: Vertex Ventures we started to clean the glass office walls with Windex and paper towels I've showed my mentor all the finger prints on the walls and showed him how filthy the glass walls was, he asked if we could come back later on tonight to finish it, I said okay we can do that. So we proceeded cleaning the rest of the office as instructed on Eden's app and was done on time as promised to the customers agreement, exception of the glass walls, we would come back to clean it. Because my mentor had to do a spot check on a vendor (contractor), because the customer at Innovation Endeavers was complaining about the quality of the cleaners cleaning the offices. When we arrived at innovation to catch the vendor before they left, because we had no keys to get inside to inspect the office and plus I didn't know anything about vendors hired by Eden as contractors.

So my impressions with the vendor was that they was one of Eden's employees not contractors, which was very weird when I find out later on by my mentor. We met with the vendor at Innovation, he let us in and we proceed to inspect the office I've found so much dirt and dust build up behind the toaster, coffee machine microwave and etc bread crumbs under the toaster. Dirt and leaves build up on the area where the small plants located. The vendor was not happy and started to bully his 16 yrs cleaning experiences with me and I basically told him off by saying I'm not having a pissing contest with you but showed him the dirty area on the kitchen counters if that's what 16yrs cleaning experience looks like when they are finish because it's like 16yrs of ripping people off.

Anyways this kept going on not worth to mentioned when I found out he was Eden's contractor I didn't like the idea of other companies getting ripped off. At Alta motors, my mentor realized how much easier it was to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and the bathrooms, I mentioned to him always do your fist initial cleaning and after that it'll get easier to maintain it. Plus people won't get sick from harmful bacteria and allergens. I guess no one knows the percentage of dead skin in dust, It really didn't crossed my mind educating them about the amount of human dead skin mixed in dust (70-80%) which contains a lot of harmful bacteria and allergens. I know nobody in Eden HQ knows it, I wished I had told them about it, then maybe they will understand but then again maybe they don't care. Keep in mind we had one other office I didn't mentioned on my complaint in the past few days which is tinder but that office wasn't that dirty, my mentor did a pretty good job cleaning it. but tinders demand wasn't to serious, it was very simple office to clean.

After we finished tinder, my mentor had other offices to SPOT check that was cleaned by the VENDORS.....keep in mind spot checks are complaints from customers that was not cleaned to customers satisfaction. When we arrived at the office I can't remember but if the name pops up I'll remember it, we proceeded to inspect without any signs of vendors around the office. I saw stool stain on the toilet rim, underneath the toilet seat had urine stains, the rugs was not vacuumed, dishes in the dishwasher was still dirty and all surfaces was not sanitized... My mentor had asked me if I could focus cleaning the area that we found what the vendors didn't cleaned, and he would go to other offices that was on his SPOT checking list, I said "I'll take care of them".

Day 5: working with "Maribel" on a Saturday afternoon. I received a text message from Maribel letting me know that she will be running late, that she will be at Azazie around 2:30pm I said "okay" so I arrived there thinking I'll be there 15mins prior to 2:30pm that day but instead I arrived there at 2:07 and started my job on Eden's app because if I was going to wait for her I need to get paid for it, couple mins went by she text me again saying she will be at azazie around 2:40pm. I texted her back saying I'm already at the location. She finally arrived around 2:50 pm we introduced each other, we talked for along time while going inside the warehouse, she told me about her past job as a big bullshitter for a law firm and how she manipulate customers thinking otherwise. She also mentioned a time when the owner of Azazie didn't like the cleaning services provided by Eden's employees and how it was a big problem and how she had to manipulated her way out of an argument by looking innocent.

While she was saying this, it's like a joke to her or a game. Then I had to repeatedly letting her know that I can't keep stoping while I'm cleaning the bathroom while the fan is on it was hard to hear her and focus on cleaning for about an hour of her blabbing off and laughing. While I was cleaning the bathroom, it was so nasty I've never seen it disgusting. There was urine stains caked up behind the toilet seat where the hinges are at and under the toilet bowl dirt was caked up near the bolt and corners. Floor looks like it hasn't been mopped, all the bathrooms was not cleaned it smells. It seemed that all she did in that bathroom in the pass was taking out the trash and organize the area not even focusing where that smell came from. So I asked her how she operated whenever she cleans these offices, she said "she only do the priorities on the checklist and customers will not complain about it". the "priority demands on checklist" is a small fraction of the whole completed checklist demanded by the customers, so it's all makes sense how all the offices I've cleaned in the past week with my mentor was not cleaned to health standards. They did not completely honoring customers demands and they just only focus on priorities on the checklist which will take them about 30mins to do on the priority then apposed to 2hours required and promised to the customers. I'm just giving an example because some of the hours promised to the customers are roughly between 1hour up to 3hours depends on the demands. I can't for sure know exactly how long they stayed to cleaned these offices but from what I've seen how most of the areas on my past week cleaning Eden's customers office was not cleaned to health standards. I can go on, on and on...with this....

After I finished cleaning Azazie, me and Maribel went to zesty. The funniest thing I've heard from Maribel she said that Zesty LOOKS "cleaned"...I told her it doesn't look cleaned because for one it smells, second the carpet LOOKS like it hasn't been vacuumed lord knows how long, counters was a mess. So she started to clean the bathrooms and said that it smells like a sewer, then I said to myself "maybe give that bathroom a lot of attention" so I proceeded to clean all the surfaces she TOLD me don't worry about the surface just vacuum the carpet, then I told her why would I do that when the surfaces needs to be cleaned and sanitized, Plus whatever crumbs or dirt will fall onto the carpet it doesn't make sense to me so I just ignored her and continue cleaning the surfaces. Then vacuumed the carpet and believe me when I vacuumed the carpet so much dirt, food and woodchips being sucked up in the vacuum cleaner. You can tell already that the carpet had never been vacuumed.

After cleaning Zesty I've noticed Maribel was getting tired from cleaning and all she did was the two bathrooms. I was like "okay!?" this woman been with Eden for like 9 months she should build endurances when cleaning these offices and warehouses. But it goes back what I was thinking about how it actually takes Eden's cleaning wizards about 30mins to clean the offices and warehouse because Maribel was tired that night, we started cleaning around 3pm at Azazie and finished Zesty around 10pm, 7 hours passed and we still have two more offices to clean and lol Maribel was tired. It seems around 10pm she goes home but that's what I'm thinking. We went to our next warehouse the Iron something I can't remember, there's two separated space at this location and Maribel gave me the worst space to clean while she cleans the space that was not really dirty, Plus her being tired already that space was easy and it shouldn't take her no more than 30mins hahaha, but it actually took her an hour and 15mins because that's how long it took me to finish the other space and it was nasty, Finally when we went to VIPkids, our last location of the day, and she looked like at anytime would just drop to the floor and sleep.

I felt so bad for her, about 15mins cleaning VIPkids I asked her to go home to get some rest, she said "I have another job after this and that's the job that caused her delay at Azazie". Then I told her go to your next job I'll finish up here, she left me the key to lock up the office and she left. I thought to myself how in the world people get tired from a job they have worked for a long time now. Then it gave me an idea that they just go into these offices take out the trash, spot clean dirty basically do a visual cleaning so if it looks clean just empty the trash cans and replace it with trash bags liners that's it because after experiencing what I've seen so far they don't have the endurance to keep up with me.

On Sunday I received a phone call from Maribel during the time I was sleeping around 10pm that night. She started to cuss me out as soon as I answer my cell phone, saying about her hours didn't match my hours and she was pissed and botching about it, so I hanged up on her. Right after I hanged up she called back saying she was sorry and I was still upset at her for talking to me that way, it was very unprofessional for her age. Then I mentioned to her she needs to tell the truth and don't worry about getting trouble she said that she can't and she will be in trouble blah blah make a long story short she kept ranting and cursing at me the last thing disturbed me when she said " I see how you are, I got you" then hangs up on me not even saying I'm sorry to bother you have a good night just rudely hangs up on me with that thought.

On Monday I got my complete schedule for the week, Lauren P had sent me a slack message saying I am doing a great job! And will start cleaning offices by myself, I have not relay anything that was said on Sunday night because I really don't want anyone to get in trouble. I went to tinder around 12pm meet with my mentor for the last time and told him about what happened Sunday night he was very shocked and didn't think Maribel would act like that, I said I know it was weird and I said she sounded like smeegel from lords of the ring.

On Wednesday Lauren P sent me a slack message that she is sending me to help Maribel, I responded I don't like to work with her. Lauren P then asked me why so I explained that same day Hazel called me letting me know about my working progress and I had one complaint against me, she told me that I am doing a very good job and that I am very DETAILED cleaning and the one complaint against me was when I was cleaning Vertex office they complained about their dishwasher wasn't working and the recycle bin in the cupboard hasn't been emptied for two days. I said to her the dishwasher is working because someone had placed a silverware that's obstructing the fan washer causing to activate the sensor that prevents the dishwasher to start, in all honesty I had to explain this to Hazel countless I kept explaining it, explaining it and still kept explaining it...i was thinking to myself is she listening or having trouble understanding or am I speaking a foreign language!? Then she said "oh I know what you mean". I sighed yeah right...she either want to let vertex ventures buy a new dishwasher so that they can hire Eden to take care of it but either way it's wrong and tried my best to explain it to them.

Also for some strange reason Lauren P remove vertex ventures off my schedule throughout the week because of those two complaints, but I asked Hazel what is my reviews if I'm doing a good job, she responded that I got a 5 star from vertex and many other offices and that they was so surprised how their offices was cleaned. After all was said I was hoping Hazel would bring up Maribel but she didn't do it over the phone. The next day I needed some keys to some of the offices so I headed to Eden HQ after I was done cleaning tinder, Khan academy, and QVC. because they took out vertex it left a big gap between my daily schedule so I figured I'll just head up to HQ to waste some time to pick up keys and I had though my next office won't be until 9:30pm that day and I was finished at my last office around 2pm on the same day so yeah a big gap. When I drove all the way up to HQ for the keys from Lauren P Hazel wanted to talk with me about Maribel, I said I prefer Maribel here with us, so she can defend herself and bring some closure what was said on Sunday night. Hazel said don't worry no one is getting fired we just want to hear your part of the story.

So I've agreed which I shouldn't have, I knew the management wasn't handling employees complaint professionally. So I explained everything, showed proof what time she called and showed them text message she sent me. I guess they was being concerned but at the same time they might think I was a problem how they operated. But everything was disturbing to me how Eden handled the situation. On Saturday sometimes around in the evening Maribel had sent me a slack message asking me for the key to VIPkids right away I knew she was messing with me, so I told her I don't have it and left it at that and didn't send anymore messages to her, she tried to call me through slack app, that's odd she have my actual cell number why would she use slack then she kept sending me slack message saying remember when you said I can leave to my next job and you will finish vip.

I still ignored her so much ignorance and I just feel something isn't right. I thought to myself she had a whole week to coordinate the key during the time I was working and she wants to bother me on my day off!? Plus I kinda felt a bad vibe with Eden, because my schedule was so light with the amount of hours given me to work and also I noticed I wasn't being teamed up with other Eden's employees hardly. Maybe it's because of my work ethic or maybe it's because I am a soldier of the United States Army. I am not sure but everytime I clean different offices I keep running into so much filth left behind from Eden's contractors or employees which is a health hazard and just plain nasty.. Eden keeps telling me "You're such a detailed cleaner" and a "hard worker" I think to myself it's because I'm actually cleaning. I've tried to send slack messages to manament at HQ that most of these offices are just plain nasty, not cleaned etc.....

No one cared enough, I even mention how its important it is to clean and sanitized offices SAFE from harmful bacteria and allergens that will cause serious illness, same treatment. I think they didn't like what I was saying to them or chatting through slack. I can mention a lot of offices that was so nasty, and disgusting and getting ripped off. Like some of the offices was Uncommon I had to clean all the cobwebs, bird stool of the table in the BBQ patio, all the leaves swept up, the kitchen had a hazard problem that need to be rearranged, Plus the amount of dirt, food build up on the kitchen counter, spider webs near the TV stand and so much to add about Uncommon....boosted carpet hasn't been vacuumed. I hope someone gets the picture....too much to explain.. Without writing a book lol...

My first conversation with Camille, was very interesting. First I didn't understand anything she was saying to me, she told me I'm doing a very good job and that I am very detailed cleaner and after all of that because I don't think she cared how I was doing a great job. Her main concern is to push her authority, her position as a manager which she is way not qualified. She seems more happier to let me know the complaints I had about tinder than the good thing is did, she basically said I need to stop organize stuff and focus on what's on the checklist lol sigh she is a sad case, if I didn't follow the checklist I wouldn't get so much good reviews for doing my JOB as a CLEANER.

This is why I am such a great DETAIL cleaner is because I'm actually cleaning. So I basically told her I appreciate her input on the complaints and wished her a great day. After that phone conversation I knew that Eden is planing on getting rid of me. Because each week my hours is dropping, I'm doing less work, if I'm doing such a great job why I'm cleaning less offices, it doesn't make sense to me. Anyways I got so much to add, and I really do hope this help anyone who thinks Eden cleaning wizard is a great cleaning company to work for because they are not my opinion they are bunch of hypocrites and communist. I got more to add, for right now I'm taking a break from it. Thanks again for taking the time reading this and I wish you all the best.
