Edible Arrangements 590 I ordered a $307.05 arrangement for my daughter’s 21st birthday and arranged to pick it up at 5 pm on Saturday, May15, 2021. When I arrived at the business at 5 pm they were closed. I was unable to reach anyone for over a week at the number on their website. When I finally reached corporates at a different number they told me the merchant had refunded me half of my money because “I wasn’t their to pick it up”. Now there is no way they would refund me if I just wasn’t there plus I have a picture date and time stamped I was there. I didn’t think to take it upon arrival so it says 5:10 by the time I thought to take it but I was at the business at 5 pm and any logical person would deduce I was there if I had a picture at 5:10. The fact they refunded $111 speaks for itself. Corporate had told me they will open a “case” for the remainder of my money. Little Rock Arkansas
