Here are some excerpts from the emails I received after ordering lightweigt waterproof paper and receiving Heavyweight Paper and a copy of the invoice they sent me when they received my order. Never once did they apologize for the mistake or even acknowledge that it was their mistake, even after I sent the email confirmation they sent me showing what I ordered.

As you can see there is no limit to how low they will stoop to try and rip you off. I sent the whole order back a day after I received it with a tracking confirmation. When they realized they couldn't claim they didn't receive the goods back, they accused me of using half the stuff and trying "to blame them"? They only credited me a portion of what I payed, but lucky for me I used my Visa card and I work in the bank who issued the credit card, so I was able to dispute the charge and get my full refund. The Credit card dept is also forwarding all the emails they sent to me to Visa along with my dispute letter.

Dear Customer,

I am so sorry to hear about your problem with my company. I wish I had been able to talk to you about this matter. I am the owner. Elissa Darrow-Eystad. Looks like you were dealing and emailing with a PAST and former EDPS employee. That person is NO LONGER with my company they have been let go due to simular problems.

I am willing to ship you AT NO CHARGE the item you ordered. Please feel free to email me at Elissa@EDPS.com I will take care of the problem you had.

If this ever happens to you in the future try and contact the owner of the company. I am sure you tried with EDPS but I was never aware of this and NEVER want my custers to be trated the way you were. I am so sorry you had this problem.

Please email me so I can send you off your proper order at no charge. Again I am so sorry you were not treated with respect and that the problem was not solved properly.
