Edward Dale Parrish Broke Confidentiality, Extended Case to Drive Up Bill, Did not Represent Golden Colorado

This attorney is unethical, dishonest and regularly drags out court cases to drive up his bill while underepresenting his clients and forgetting basic filings. He has already been suspended for an inappropriate sexual relationship with a client and has a hate website dedicated to him by another disgruntled person who has been mistreated by him. See: https://denverdaleparrish.wordpress.com. He has cheated on his wife repeatedly with the same woman and has multiple children with said mistress. This from a man that is a family law attorney.

Dale will drag out your case as long as he possibly can so that your retainer/bill will go as high as possible. He will not represent you well but instead engage in court filings to extend your case for months on end with no resolve or negotiation. You will stand in front of a judge repeatedly with no progress in your case just another delay filing. From my experience, Mr. Parrish is not well liked or respected by other attorneys and because of this it creates a negotiation disadvantage for his clients. That or he wil actual partner up with opposing attorneys in a scheme to drag out cases as long as possible so both attorneys make as much money as possible. When you cannot afford his retainer he will magically settle a case with you on the losing end in every way.

Another one of of my biggest issues with Mr. Parrish is his complete disregard for confidentiality with clients and his big mouth. While working with him, I was repeatedly told stories and details about the divorces of people I knew and their cases. I was uncomfortable hearing salacious details about cases I had no business know anything about. He has since shared highly private/confidential details about my case with people I would never want knowing about my life and done so on more than one occasion. In fact, while still working with him he pushed me to share private information with family members he knew and was friends with and I refused. 

Three years later, this information has surfaced out of the blue in the hands of the same family members who are friends with Mr. Parrish. These family members went on a detective expedition with Dale's information about my case and his guidance and now this info is being used against me and my child. Why is Dale Parrish still talking about my case 3 years later? Because he is an unethical, attention seeking hack who cares only about his paycheck and acting inappropriately with women. He will offer up info touting that its in public record now that the case is closed and therefore his complete lack of professionalism in guiding and directing people on how and where to find such information is a-okay. 

This man is a textbook slime bag attorney that people warn you about. He will take your money, poorly represent you and share your private information with others breaking confidentiality.
