Edward Jones Investment Need help with Discrimination case Ripoff St. Louis Missouri

On May 22, 2007, I was terminated from Edward Jones Investment working as a Financial Advisor. The main reason for my termination was based upon my national origin and religion. The day they terminated me, they had requested from me to work with a management counselor who will teach me how to speak properly to the home office employees. When I asked who at the home office has an issue with me then they replied no one. But they just wanted to improve the way I communicate so no one then misunderstands me. When I asked them how come none of my clients are complaining about my communication, I am managing a branch over 10 million dollars in asset and all of my clients are happy with me. The discrimination and insults started at the early days of my Employment at Edward Jones. During the training I was once asked by one of the trainees if I had a bomb in my bag. I was also at one point accused by the home office that I had called and threatened to use a gun against them, which I found that was the most absurd and most ridiculous accusation against me. They tries every pressure tactics in order to make me resign from the position, but I couldn't since I had put tremendous amount of time and effort in order to build my business and reputation. But the last humiliation tactic was proven to be too much for me and I couldn't go along. I could not accept the fact that someone will come to teach me how to speak to the home office employees and staff.

As a result of the termination our life is ruined. I have a three months old baby and not working has been very hard. They did not even pay a severance package when they fired me. In addition, the have put misconstrued and mischievous comments on my U5 form (This is the broker, advisor report card, if you ever want to get hired in this line of work you have to have a clean U5 form). As a result of that I can't even get hired anymore.
