Edwards-Subaru-Hyundai Was told the car was fully serviced that was a lie Council Bluffs Iowa

Had an appt. to see a 2 specific cars, None of which eneded up being there. Instead they wanted us to buy a car whitch was out of the intended price range. We drove a few cars. Settled on a car witha few more miles on was assured they fully service their cars and always want us coming back.  Well that was a lie, The transmission was acting up on the way home so i emailed them went back and forth. Well got pusehd off to the original salesman and he basically said so what its sold as is we have that in the paper work. I esplained that the transmission fluid was really dirty and had two quarts to much fulid in there. Which usually means stop leak to prevent it from slipping. He explained that it probably was "OVER seviced" to explain the too much fliud Do not ever go to this crooks. I went there after reading there A plus rating on the BBB thinking that if there was an issue them being such a big car lor they would be glad to help Boy was i wrong Daryl Kuhm was the salesman and Jossh Smook was another person i was dealing with
