Igor Vonwertenburb dba E.F. Whalen co.took a painting from my mothers estate 7 years ago. He doesn't have the painting and has never paid for it. He doesn't answer my e-mails. After talking to other consigners I have found out that I am not the only one that he has done this to. He is a silver tongued con man.No one should do business with him.

Igor explains this report as a vendetta but the truth is the truth.Igor is his own worst advertising.He owes money to people all over the place. I still have a large check stamped insufficient funds and then account closed to prove it.

.......FURTHERMORE,"MIKE" AND HIS LATE BROTHER "CHARLES"OF BROAN'S AUCTION IN LA JOLLA CARRIED A BUSINESS VENDETTA AND JEALOUSSY AGAISNT E.F. WHALEN CO. DESPITE THE FACT IGOR SAVED HIS MOTHER'S LIFE 2 TIMES WHEN NEITHER SON WAS AROUND TO HELP HER.
.......THE "UNPAID"PAINTING AS REFERRED TO; IN THE FIRSAT PLACE,HELEN BROAN HAD PROMISED TO IGOR IN GRATITUD FOR MANY ACTS OF KINDNESS AND FRIENSHIP GIFTS GIVEN TO HER ; WHO WAS A WONDERFUL LADY .
