What a ripp off...going around and around....Ordered eggies yesterday afternoon which of course Eggies website do not tell you how much you are going to be charged for your order... Somehow additional eggies system appeared on final order... On total order of $ 17 dollars with extra order of a dryer ball $6.95 which was suppose to have free shipping total Procesing & Shippement is $31.96 This is with extra eggies system which I did not ask for and refused all other offers that comes your way until the final page. You can not see any amounts you are going to be charged until you finish and go through all ripp off offers that come with eggies order, about 10 of them or so. At the end when you see the final page of your order you will be shocked big time. Would I have known this. I would have never place the order to begin with. The total charge came up at $55.91 for an order of $10 eggies system. Now, I called right away to Eggies Co and of course they were closed on Sunday at 5PM, so I called my bank and asked how I can stop this transaction. Bank said that they can't do it until transaction will be posted...Now, remember on Eggies website and Customer Service page it says, " ...Please allow 24-48 hours for customer service to have information on your order. Your Credit Card will not be charged until your order ships.Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery..." My next step was to call Eggies in the morning and cancel my order since the charge is not been made on my cr. card yet. I called at 10:20AM, spoke to 2 very unprofessional, rude people and tried to cancel. They would not do it, telling me that they already shipped my order. Now,time is 10:20AM- I don't know how they could get this shipment ready in less then 17 hours after purchase. when they tell you about "2-6 weeks for delivery"... My Credit card is not charged yet. In my understanding they would not ship it until cr. card charge would go through... BS....I tried to explain and asked them about it they just kept saying they can not cancel my order because it was shipped...I asked for their supervisor twice with each person in Customer Service and both of them hang up on me...At 11:17AM I called again to speak with their supervisor as I was advised by my bank...I was told by another Rep.at Eggies that supervisor is not available, he is at the meeting for an hour, then this customer rep. took my phone number and my message ....for a supervisor to call me back. One hour and 1/2 has passed and I still didnt get it resolved ....
