I have been trying for two days to get my issue resolved with eglobal electronics.
To my dismay, I have yet to get anyone on the phone, or by the internet!
I have to very defective android tablets with camera that are so scratched and seem to have been used already, also everything seems to be in chinese!

help! what can I do!

Sorry this happen to you. I am going through the same probem. However if you call the 877 number and push 484 you will get a women name Cindy she is not any help at all very rude however it is a live person. Good luck
