I paid $29.95 to this company that "guaranteed" to have contacts with lenders who specialized in people with bad credit. After subscribing to the service, I was given access to the website and got the list. The lenders on there were companies who I had already tried to secure a loan through and they in no way, shape, or form work with people with bad credit. The rest of the "lenders" on the list are people running scams, asking for upfront fees.
When I requested my refund, which has a thirty day guarantee, I was given the complete run-around and whole sales-pitch over again. I waited and asked again for my refund and have not been responded to yet. They give you a list of supposed lenders who are nothing more than scam artists and real lenders who anyone could find on the internet (I already had) with five minutes of searching.
