This company has it set up so that you cannot terminate an account.

You will see a charge on your credit card. If you call the listed phone number you will get an automated recording acknologing that you are calling about a credit card charge. They know that they've done wrong.

The charge will show up one year after you thought that they terminated your account. God help you if you have the account attached to a checking account.

They did this in October of 2011 and I was able to reach someone who was supposed to have terminated the account. One year later and they have billed me again.

This is worse than the ObongoCare website fiasco.
