Einstein Industries develop and facilitate website and internet communication and patient payments to doctors, dentists, and medical professionals dealing in cash pay health care. Their primary market is specialty medical fields such as plastic surgeons and dentists. Their vision is to expand the cash pay medical sector of medical professionals.

When working with Einstein Industries, a client will first complete a consultation and evaluation to determine their business method and function. Next, they will be provided with a complete 40-120 page report outlining a suggested internet approach for search engine optimization to achieve the best results.
Their sales approach is a consulting and client education process, as opposed to a sales pitch. After they have an evaluation of the clients business, they provide a detailed 40-120 page report with design recommendations and site optimizations for review and discussion. They also review and discuss with the client the internal review of this report and how to implement it internally into their business. Should the client choose not to use their services, the report is still theirs to keep.

During the onsite interview, President Ted Ricasa was asked how he advises employees to “do whatever it takes” to make the client happy: “The customer always comes first, listen to their problem and find a solution. Regardless of whether or not the problem is real or perceived, the customer is first. Take all steps necessary, but do not hesitate to bring in additional help and expertise from every level of the company. If this means going to the CEO, do it. No changes have been made to our policy since complaints were made; we have just put additional emphasis on client satisfaction.”
Mr. Ricasa was also asked to describe a specific situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received: “The most common situations have been along the lines of a client forgetting, unintentional mistakes, and just simple errors. We take the time to reeducate the client about the website and internal uses. We do not consider these complaints, just common errors involved in technology and its uses. Specifically, we had a complaint centered, not on a product issue but rather a personality conflict between the client and his field representative. We assigned him a new field rep and the issue was resolved, a simple communications error. We still have the client and he has become one of our best referrals and is still with the company.”

Einstein Industries Ted Ricasa Ted Ricasa It has been 3 years of delay and excuse after excuse that www.rb4health.com is still not fully developed and launched To date 8,000 has been paid to Einstein Industries San Diego, California
I signed a contract with Einstein Industries in early 2008 to design a website (www.rb4health.com) for my home medical equipment and supply business located in Fairview and Fort Lee New Jersey. The initial estimated cost of the site was $8,000 which has been paid in full. The project was to be a 5 page website allowing a Physician to securely log on to a HIPPA compliant domain and place a medical equipment or supply order for their patient. The other pages would contain a newsletter page, visit page, products page and home page. I was highly recommended by my Dentist who used Einstein Industries to launch his first website "Theodore Aaronson Dental Practice located in NYC. Weeks turned into months and months of delays. Designers were continually pulled from the project and replaced or tied up with a deadline for another client. At one point I was so dissatisfied with the website design that I asked a senior representative from the Graham-Field health care company whom is my largest supplier of wheelchairs and walkers to help get this project finished with Mr. Ricasa. He timelessly worked with Mr. Ricasa and staff to finish but it never happened. I also hired a free lance designer to redo the entire site only to learn that the format that Mr. Ted Ricasa initially approved was not able to be used and Mr. Ricasa convinced me to use the initial design. Promises after promises, excuses after excuses, delays after delays. I just wanted to walk away as this took some much time from my day in and day out activities and medical practice. Then I was told early this year that the site involved an additional 16 hours of work at $300 per hour which I agreed to with Mr. Ted Ricasa. Luckily I did not send any more money to them. I became disgusted and then began making several complaints to the Better Business Bureau, California's State Business Fraud Unit and Attorney General's department which Mr. Ricasa received letters from. Several weeks ago Mr.Ted Ricasa agreed to give me the partially completed website and domain name for the initial $8,000 price. I had my NJ Attorney write up agreement and had it sent certified mail. Mr. Ricasa refused to sign but rewrote the agreement to his terms and emailed it to me. I am disgusted with how Einstein Industries has handled this situation and my only regret is that I did not commence legal action against Mr. Ted Ricasa and Einstein Industries after the first few months. I have never been in such a violated situation in my entire career. On November 15th 2010 I sent Mr. Ted Ricasa another email to once and for all resolve this matter. I have not heard from him as of yet. I have hired another web developer to finish and launch rb4health.com once I receive the CD from Einstein Industries. I have asked Mr. Ricasa to answer a few questions regarding how the site has been constructed. To date he has not responded.
