El Monte RV Failed to honor warranty Las Vegas Nevada

El Monte listed a used RV in good condition for sale.  Their web site states that they check the generator and battery and stated that anything not working is fixed prior to sale.  During the closing on the vehicle, we were told that if we were more than 50 miles away that they would provide local service for items on the warranty. 

On the drive home (of 300 miles) the Generator, carbon monoxide detector both failed to work.  In addition the batteries were complete dead and unable to hold a charge at all.  Once home I attempted to gain service to the vehicle. 

I tried to work with the company for 4 months to get in touch with the right people to get service.  They were unavailable, in meetings, out for the day, or extended periods of time.  Or would just leave a short voicemail only to be out once again on call back.  Fortunately, I had diagnostic information from a local company about the problem within the 30 days, or they probably would have declined due to being outside of days.  Not that that did me any good.  

They were unwilling to service the generator unless I drove the vehicle back 300 miles to the point of sale.  The Warranty says that it will be serviced at a El Monte RV service center, but they insisted that I drive back 300 miles to where I purchased it.
