Ordered a tiffany light fixture last march 2007 and had to pay upfront,was told it takes 6 weeks.So 6 weeks later i'm told light is in,so i go to pick it up and when i open the box it's not the light i had ordered.I'm told they will reorder and call me in 6 weeks which is still enough time to have it installed before moving into our new home.That was may 2007,by july no light just a bunch of excuses,like it's been shipped,it takes a long time to make these lights cause they are made one at a time,etc.

By september still no light i contact local tv for help and he tells them if it's not here in 4 weeks he will refund my money(never happened and he doesn't remember saying this).Contact PA Attorney Generals Office and find out they have a case against the owner Michael J. Free since Dec 2005, so no help there.

I found out the company where he would have ordered the light from and talked to them and was informed that they haven't got any light orders from him since 2004.So he takes your money but never orders your light or refunds your money and gets away with it and you have no recourse.
