 This company set me up with services and equipment for accepting credit and debit cards. I never used the service much. They took out a large fee for every transaction, and then took a large monthly fee. I figured I just wouldn't renew and I'd send the equipment back. Turns out they auto renewed the contract without my knowledge and then refused to cancel it.

Went back and forth for months and then they finally agreed to lower my fees...not cancel. I had to go online, take some tests, and send my equipment back in like new condition with the original packaging. I did all of that, and they did lower the fees for a time. They said when the contract was up in October they would cancel it. Well, they did not.

I called back and they still refused to cancel. Said I had to pay over $400 in fees which I don't have. They said.... and I quote... "It makes no sense for us to cancel when we can keep taking your money"

I sent the equipment back years ago, and it's been even longer since I've used the service. They still refuse to do anything. I'm not asking for a lot, I just want this cancelled.
