ELECTRONICS WORLD ,UK, LIMITED Hassan Mudasir Received my order and money but never delivered the phones I ordered Internet, Internet

I found an online ad at alblebanon.com, selling Samsung SIII smart phone for $400.

I emailed the sales agent, named hassan mudasir, who answered all my questions and concerns. He stated that he work for a company named Electronics World UK Ltd. They only take payment via western Union. He asked me to send the money to their accountant, named SMITH JONES, whose address is 100 New bridge St., London, UK

Once I did that, I receive an email saying that : 
"We have a slight difficulties here, we have been confirmed by FedEx that you will be receiving 3 units of Samsung Galaxy S3, this mistake has been from an error of packaging by our store keeper and you will be getting all these
products tomorrow, so i have sat and discussed this with my boss and he has promised to give you 1 phone free and advice me to inform you to pay only $400 usd for all the phones, so the Samsung Galaxy s3 can get delivered tomorrow
exactly at 2 PM Lebanon time..  "

He called me more than one time and confirmed what was said in his message above.

Unfortunately, I believed him and send the money and then I got another email message saying:
"It's a shame on me I was unable to overcome the Lebanese customs, they say we  must pay for customs duties and tax, so I pleaded to them so they agreed I should pay $200USD for the customs duties and tax."

He asked to send the payment via western union to his boss in Nigeria, named David  Omowa, and whose address is :20 Egbeda idimu road, Ikeja, Lagos, 23401, Nigeria

Now, I started to be suspicious as usually if there are customs fees, the courier will collect it from the receiver upon delivery. So I called the boss David in Nigeria @+2348053107947  He said the packages are in Beirut airport and assured me that he will deliver the phone once I paid the $200 customs fees.  Of course, I didn't believe that so I told him either deliver me the phone in the UK and let me know what is the Fedex tracking number and I will arrange payment of the customs. He refused and he insisted that the only way to get my phone is to pay the $200!!

Having done a Google search, I found out 4 reports at ripoffreport.com who suffered from the same ripoff methods... The sales guy hassan mudasir, called me on skype (id Vismark Diaz) with bad English accent trying to convince me to pay the $200. I asked him to give me any proof that he actually shipped the phones I order, he couldn't... He chatted with me again the following days in skype and once I told him that I found out the truth about their ripoff mechanism, and I don't want to loose more money, he didn't admit of course but I never heard back from him and of course never received any phone.

I learned a big lesson from this story and I wanted to share it with others hopefully they avoid falling with similar trap. I am also willing to help in any way to stop these individuals/company stealing money from honest people who want to buy something online.....
