ElegantBushFurniture Poor customer service, poor products Brooklyn New York

Furniture company did not ship item in a timely manner despite the 2 week assurance before I placed my order. I had to call to remind them to ship the item b/c the 2 weeks was nearing.

They then only delievered to the curb. The sofa was missing 2 nuts and bolts in order to attach the legs. They offered to give me a 5% discount on the product as a refund to my credit card. I had to call 2 times per week for 3 weeks before I finally talked to another customer service rep who informed me I would not get a refund and that was not their policy. They said their prices are low so they cannot issue refunds b/c the margins are too narrow. Instead this horrible company will take your money and not even send you a full product.

After wating on hold a minumum of 15 mins each time I called I finally argued until I had wasted yet another 45mins of my life only to have him say they cannot do anything for me and this is how they operate. Digusted, absolutely disgusting. Their offer to give me money off my next purchase was laughable considering I would never get anywhere near them again.
