Hello, At first I did not wish to respond, as I have gotten on with my life and have since been married almost 3 years ago. However, after thinking about it, I do not wish anyone to go through the nightmare I endured with this woman! You will be a fool to even consider going any further, as she is a professional at making someone feel "loved" and she is very convincing. I was fooled perhaps because I "believed" in her, and she even fooled my boys...which is unacceptable. I will not be continuing on this sight anymore, because the past is past, and now I am very happy in my new life, and I am moving forward. I can only WARN you, that you will be making a terrible mistake to allow her charm to fool you as well!!!

You are not Alone.  I too know what it is to suffer the indignity and the disgrace of being scammed by a Russian Scammer and you may be surprised that she actually was from Ekaterinburg (Yekaterinburg) as well (or so she claimed).  Her name that she went by was Anna in our correspondences with each other and I met her via correspondence not on the same site you encountered yours where scammers do exist but on a similar site of the same type.  I decided to leave Elena Petrova and her sick site after encountering its bigotry and prejudice and ended up on another site where of course I encountered this Russian scammer and afterwards made it my quest to find solutions and thus stumbled upon that antiscam site I had spoken to you about.  I wish to add one thing though that I also learned.

About the Russian Tax Police:

I wish to amend one piece of advice that was given and that is that the Russian Tax Police was a very feared group and very powerful which existed between 1992 to 2003 and was Shut down as Wikipedia says "On March 11, 2003 The Federal Tax Police Service was abolished without any explanation."  Apparently they exist no longer.  However there is another body you can contact as well:

Please also know that I should add that in the case of the Prosecutor Generals office in Moscow you should mail them:

1.  A letter of your issue written in the Russian language.
2.  All the letters of correspondence that you can Xerox copy.
3.  A Xerox copy of your identification card or any other form of identification but your main form of identification should be used and other Xerox copies of identification can be added if you so wish.
4.  Any Xerox copy you have of the transactions made between you and this scammer e.g. Western Union or Money Gram receipts or other receipts.  If you have the Western Union or Money Gram codes you can contact them on their website and ask them about the location the money went to since this can help in your gathering of evidence.

Put all together and mail it to them.  You can recheck the address if you wish with the Russian Embassy in Moscow for the Prosecutor General's Office or even ask them for their phone number as well but you will still have to most likely mail in all your evidence to them even if you got the phone number of the Prosecutor General's Office in Moscow.

In addition, when you contact the Russian Prime Minister or President know that they do record your contact of them.  Every contact made to them is always recorded and on record.

END NOTE:

You now have the tools in hand you need I believe in order to execute the justice that you seek.  What you do with these tools is up to you!  As said before Elena Petrova is a Racist Bigot a fact that cannot be denied.  I do not care who says otherwise about that because my experience tells to me differently.

If ever there was someone who was anti-Elena's Models the one writing happens to be such a person (and I know the reason why).  One of the things I can tell you that Elena's Models is known for is bigotry and prejudice to the highest order and (not even you author of this report can deny such even if you may be in denial of such).  Others who are in prejudice themselves would say otherwise but after having experience with it myself from Elena's Models I know it to the TRUTH.

Now here is what you can do about your scammer issue and I offer you these helps   A lot of people think there is little that they can do when plagued with a Russian scammer.  They are absolutely wrong.  Here are things you can do.  I found these on an antiscam site and I thought they would help you.  I did not come up with these solutions myself but I thought that you would be helped by them for sure when I stumbled on to them on that antiscam site and have passed them on to others and and I thought they would be most helpful to you in your situation.

1.  Write the President of Russia: One man did so according to the antiscam site and got his scammers found and prosecuted.  Address the letter in Russian in an honorable way and mention your issues.  Use this site:

2.  Write the Prime Minister of Russia:  Same as above but in both letters mention that the name of Russia is at stake if the situation is not addressed

3.  Contact the Russian Tax Police, sending them the scam details.

Elena Petrova is a Racist Bigot and honestly I do not care if one disagrees with me even if it is the author of the report.  It is the Truth.  I am only helping you because I feel sympathy for you and because I HATE scammers with a vengeance.

A WORD OF ADVICE:

The Problem with Foolish men looking outside of their country is that they forget to appreciate the beauty that they can find inside their own homeland and that they can indeed find someone there.  It is not an impossibility and good women are inside of one's own homeland.  You just need to know where to find them.  There are at least 10 cities I know of in the good ol' USA where you can find the most beautiful women and I am certain there are more that just 10 cities of course.  Let that be a lesson to all-when you forget to see the beauty you have on the inside of your country you may just end up being burned with what you find on the outside.
