We ordered (order # 409085) a building back in mid Jan. The salesperson said it would be 6 to 8 weeks. When
we did not receive a call from your company in the 8th week my
husband Greg called your company and talked to a Mike and he gave
him the number to the installer and the installer said they were in
Ft. Campbell doing a GOVERMENT job and would not be there for 2
weeks. The installation kept getting pushed back and we contacted
Heather ( management) and after chasing her for a few days and
having her get to the bottom of the situation she promised us that
the building would be up no later than Sunday (April 14th). We were sitting on the porch this morning waiting for the installer to arrive and my
husband received an email from Mike and a call from Charles
(installer) stating that he would not be up there
till weds. My husband informed him to keep the building and cancel
the order and we will be contacting Heather Monday morning and also
filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to the
numerous lies that your company have told us. We have never been
treated like this from a company before and we will make sure that
you receive any penalties the law allows.

Good Afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Williamson,

In reference to your complaint and your correspondence with our company, I would like to confirm to you that we do our best to guarantee our customers satisfaction. Our management department confirmed to you that your structure will be put up no later than Sunday (April 14th) and we in fact assigned one of our best installers to construct your building. However, due to the severe rain on Friday and Saturday, our installer got delayed on other buildings that he had to complete the following days.

We always keep our customers in the loop of things and this is why our management emailed you Saturday night (out of business hours) to make sure you knew the installer would not be putting up your structure on Sunday and that he would be calling you to let you know when he would be there. In addition, our management assured you it would be no later than Wednesday.

Our installer called you on Sunday as promised but you informed him that you did not want the structure and to cancel the order. On Monday (April 15th) our management spoke with you Mr. Williamson confirming delivery on Wednesday as well as offering a free upgrade to a 3x2 metal frame which will take the structure to a commercial standard. We do apologize for the inconvenience the delay might have caused. I can assure you that we continuously do our best to  satisfy our customers. May you have a great day and best regards.
