#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Actual Facts
AUTHOR: Kiro - (USA)

Clearly this is an emotionally biased, non- factual account of an individual who sees the world through a distorted lens. His recommended course of care was not based on pain relief, but rather rehabilitative spinal structural correction. The course of care is similar in nature to any medical rehab facilty that requires time and repetition. Due to the frequency of visits necessitated on a weekly basis in this particular case, it was clearly explained that the office policy was to simply have his payments set up on a convenient payment schedule- whatever worked for him. Since he was in such a big rush, continuously cutting me to the quick, perhaps he missed that part. Never was it demanded that any payments needed to be made in advance. The expectations were clearly and professionally communicated in advance of any agreement to be sure he was comfortable before making any committment to my recommendations. When his tone became dorogatory, my recommendation at that point was for him to seek care elsewhere. Clearly this was not about money or he would be a happy patient in our clinic doing things his way. The quality of care for may patients is priority number one, not the money. I can honestly say this is an individual who does deserve treatment somewhere, but requires an extra serving of grace. My prayers and wishes for well being are with him.
