The owners Omar and jr Santiagos, took payment to paint my 2006 vehicle.. They asked for the money up front b4 they would start. When preparing the limo, they sanded the glass and all metal chrome trim. Damaging the vehicle causing the finish on this vehice has been totally destroyed. Originally Santiagos auto body stated it would take 2 weeks to complete. They kept my car for 2.5 months. They never even finished painting it. They had tried to buff out sections of the car without painting it.

When applying the sander they managed to rip the material top. Causing more damage. This vehicle now leaks water on the inside when it rains or getting it washed. It seems they had put miles on my car while they had in their possession also. These two brothers seem to be hiding alot up with their lies about the progress etc. I had paid extra money for the right materials. They spent the money on beer instead. I have demanded a refund for not painting my car. The damage that did occur in this matter and was directly related from negligence.

If you are looking for a auto body shop with integrity, this is not the place for you. This was a very simple job for any experience body and paint person. This car has no dents or dings. The body shop sanded on parts of the car causing that metal to become so thin that replacement has been suggested. Not to mention the black paint they did spray had runs and fish eyes. The clear coat turned yellow in tint. Then got cloudy after 30 days. I found out from their landlord that they are not even licensed to paint. Its all illegal the way these two brothers are operating. My main objective here is to let anyone know that these guys are shiestie and crooked and can Not be trusted. I even asked Mr. Omar santiago why he lied after he got caught. He stated that its the nature of the beast. Please do not use this shops services. There are several businesses out there that run a way better operation. These guys wont even back up their words let alone warranty a vehicle if they happen to damage it by accident or neglect. Stay clear, they are not even insured for this type of business coverage.
