They were hired to transport my vehicle.

He hired a David Kolheim (20 years old) from Lansing, Illinois to work with him 

David told me his drivers license was suspended yet he still drives these exotic cars

Not sure if this is the same Laurence D. Smith III who was born April 21, 1986 and the person in the story is 25 at the time (February 10, 2002) but you can ask him yourself.

Laurence smith not only tried to extort me for $2,500.00 after he delivered the car, he then called the person who used central dispatch to have my car delivered and told them I did not pay them and demanded the money from them (depsite being paid cash with a tip) and then called another person who worked with me and demanded the same thing.

You should also see that he has never had a safety inspection depsite traveling numerous miles and numerous hours because he told me he doesnt' stop at them.
