I had a similar expereince as the previous report. I sent this pharmacy a legit request for pharmacuticals. I have used online pharmacies many times, but only the ones that actually DO verify with my physician that the prescription is legit. This company QUICKLY charged my credit card $19.99 to "fax" to my physician a request to fill the prescription. I spoke to my physicians office, and they stand firm by the fact that they NEVER received a fax by any one concerning a prescription for me.

I tried many times to call the phone number that they provide on the website. It was the same situation as the previous victim. DISCONNECTED!! So I called my credit card and requested the name and phone number of where the charge came from. MY credit card company gave me a phone number the company answered. If you call the 1-866-385-5090 Customer Service prepared to not speak to ANYONE!! I phoned and phoned for weeks to no avail. All the while they were gladly charging my credit card.

When I FINALLY got the opportunity to speak to someone, they were very aware as to what they were doing. As soon as I starting giving the young lady (Bianca) the facts I had concerning their dishonesty, she hung up on me. So when I called back (took another 3 hours to get through!!!) and asked to speak to a manager, she got even more defensive than Bianca.

I told her MANY times to cancel the "free membership" that they were charging my credit card from, she acted as if she couldn't understand English. She finally said, "Oh, you didn't tell me you wanted to cancel anything." I couldn't believe it!!! I had only said it in plain PLAIN English about 7 times I know!! She got upset with me when I asked her why she didn't understand me the first 7 times......and her reply was, "I guess because you can't talk!" AND HUNG UP ON ME!! Now legit companies do not treat customers this way.....which totally confirms the fact that they are FRAUDS!!

The end result was that I had to call and have my credit card number CHANGED so they no longer had my card number to charge since she couldn't "hear" me when I said I wanted to cancel whatever it was that their company kept charging!! DO NOT ENTER INTO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! FRAUDS!!
