Elite Motors Liars, crooks, and thieves Plains Pennsylvania

I put a deposit down on a 2006 Jetta. I was told I could pay the whole downpayment in cash and my check of 300.00 would be returned to me, I was repeatedly told I would be given my check back and I could pay the whole amount in cash. The office is very smoky and dirty and a very unprofessional environment. When I arrived to complete the sale Andy was not there and all I was told was he would be back "soon". Eventually I had to wait outside because of the smoke in the office. I decided to take the car for a test drive and the brakes were spongy and touchy. I know from previous experience that the brakes need to be bled. Also the car hadn't been inspected even though when I had called and spoken to Andy earlier in the day he told me the car was ready. Never mentioned the inspection hadn't been done. Even though elite motors would be paying for the inspection I still would have had to take the car to have it done. After waiting almost three hours and still not an eta of when Andy would be returning it was brought to my attention that the insurance card I had submitted was expired, my new policy started October 1 and I hadn't received my new card yet. I was told that even once Andy returned the car couldn't be released to me because of the insurance issue. I called the insurance and their systems were down so there wasn't any way to access my information. By this time I had been kept waiting three hours and I had to leave to get to my part time job which is taking care of a home bound woman and arriving late or not at all isn't an option. I have sent several emails and have simply been ignored and have not even received a courtesy or follow up email. Please please don't ever make the mistake I made and stay far far away from this company and warn everyone you know!!!!
