I placed an order on 6/1/2015.  I was notified on 6/4/2015 that the item I ordered was on back-order, and was given the option of switching my order (protein powder) to a different flavor.

I asked what other flavors were in stock.  This was on 6/4/2015.  I didn't get a response until today 6/15/2015.  11 days after I asked my question, and 14 days after I first placed my order.

Nobody ever answers their phone.  The online chat always goes directly to "Leave A Message".  

It took 14 days to find out that I should take my business elsewhere.
