This woman ELIZABETH CONHA at AD-EXCELLENCE is a third rate marketing firm and criminal . I asked her to develop a website and she quoted me ten thousand dollars after saying it would only cost maybe one-thousand with a small deposit. The product was terrrible and she would not refund my $500 deposit. She probably does this with everyone. not a bad racket!!! THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM and I reported her to the attorney general's office.
