Elkins Kia Major ripoff for property damage and bailment agreement Bossier City Louisiana

My husband and I were in need of a new car bad. We went to Elkins Kia when they were haveing a Repo Joe sale and sat up there for almost two weeks trying to get a car. First they had us in a Brand new Kia optima, then a used 03' Toyota Corolla, Then we got to the PT Crusier.

We then signed paper work to have the car switched over to us. We got $1700 for a 94 Ford escort plus we put $500 down. When the left a drove to San antonio in "Our new car"

In a months time we put about 3000 miles on the car. After about the 10th time my husband went to sign paper work he said forget this im done i dont even want it any more.

So the charged us 0.25 for every mile we put on it which came out to be about $750. So we did not get our down payment back

Not to even consider that when we got the escort back the windonw had been left down and there was mold in the car from the rain. And to top it all off our stereo head unit was missing. Worth about $130.

Im just tired of being givin the run around.

I will update with you guys Im in the process of going through legal help to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
