"No listings found for Elmer Stores Network within 50 miles of Encino CA 91436"
Searching for the phone number 717 - 326 - 1190 I found:
Phone Location: York, PA Name and address available against payment.
On this site you will also find a rebuttal report of Robert Wissner, searching the internet on criminal records the following name was found: Robin M. Wissner, by coincidence also living in Pennsylvania (PA). And in my opinion "Wissner" is not a common name in the USA.
When you login at www.elmer-stores.com you will see Merchant Certified. When contacting the Better Business Bureau I reported this through their LivePerson e-mail and got this morning a form to fill in together with a part of their internal communication between Eneida Martinez and Gary Almond, where the latter says about me: "This guy got ripped off. He would have to give us more info, The phone number he gave is not in our area"
I hope there will be taken actions against this criminal organization, as well as to the Israel Discount Bank as soon as possible.

In this report I mention the rebuttal report of Robert Wissner, this must be Robert Wiznner. Most probably he did not use his real name and changed it. The name found under criminal records "Robin M. Wissner" comes very close to it.
