I am eldely and disabled-------  Had to hire attorneys and Florida Forensic and Investigations Inc. (extremely honest with the highest of integrity) and others to prepare this case which is on the Circuit Court Calende to recover my losses, even my safe was stolen and hidden..........Robbed by A1A Coastal Moving Inc. associated with Elon Property Management Manangement Inc., then the local manager and maninetenance man told and supplied information of this entity being a part of the Ezera Heyman conglomerates.  Extreme pressure brought on me from local police who told me to move from New Smyrna Beach, Florida ( Wonder Movers, Theresa Pope, Gary Medieros are also a part of the total situation) A type of "hitman" (Steve uniit #1822) was paid gifts by Elon Property Management, Inc. to assault and posssibly kill me at my front door- Officer Burkhead badge #1431 Case "21013-05-0352 (hitman admits) but the New Smyrna Police refuse to do the investigation and bring charges (the "hitman's" probation officer is Kathleen Moore) The New Smyrna Beach Police told me to move to another area!  Later threatened and the man threatening me a part of the "hitman" group, the Elon Property Management, Inc., A1A Coastal Movers Inc., Paula Fiano Creekside Apartments, Wonder Movers, New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority, Gary Medieros (Clay his assistant living with Teresa Pope at the time the acting Director of the New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority).... New Smyrna Beach Police have come to me on many occasions telling me I am trying to start a confrontation in creating a false incident against me...... This is a much more serious situation than the Windermere Police or the Sanford Police misconduct.

As mentioned above threatened this past week by a man and I refused to fight with him, walking away, and he shouted, "I own you" .  The next day he was next to my trailer attempting to vandalize it and I took a picture.  He immediately started towards me from about 150 yards away, I tried to find my phone, but could only find my pepper spray I carry when prospecting in Oregon.  I was standing in front o my apartment with the front  door of my car open and he stalked me to this point, and again told me he owned me, he had more pictures than I did, using much profanity and the telling me he was going to "harm" me physically.  When I saw his arms move I sprayed the pepper spray hitting myself also.  I told him to lay on the ground until the police arrived (I did nothing toharmhimwhile he was on the ground), I found my phone and called the police.  When the police who had been telling me to move and attempting to create false situations against me arrived, they charge me the victim, with battery............. After they had held me in a holding cell at their station for about 3 1/2 hours (I prayed on my knees to total time) they took me out...... I cannot remember but I am told they brought about an action resulting in me ending up laying on the floor in a large pool of blood, bleeding from the head and the mouth.... Everything is a blur with happenings; I'm told that I was unconscious - and statements, I must have heard are coming back as time goes by; I assume when they found they had not succeeded in killing me they called the EVAC.

There is much more to this but you will not belive the following: I was the person Blessed/Given  while in prayer and meditating, with a Copyrighted 1st time happening in Christianity and the 1st such change since the Council of Nicosea in 325 A.D.....
