It has come to my attention from Mr. Brand that while Mr. Brand was in Atlanta trying to focus on working outs, that the below individual solicited Mr. Brand and pitched him on one or more investment opportunities, **onsite** at Hawks property.

I have offered to do bit of digging to determine if: i) this gentleman may be targeting other Hawk players with investment solicitations ii) that there is a lack of security and protection in the workout gym areas that allowed what Mr. Brand characterized correctly to me a few days ago, "a promoter", to gain access to ur players where they have insufficient legal representation and are vulnerable. iii) that there could be other "promoters" also targeting ur players by somehow having gotten access to use gym facilities that are surely meant for Hawk players and team officials only iv) that allowing "frat-rappers" (see mr. Itzler wikipedia bio i would describe as "highly selfedited with fluff) 'that clearly are hucksters and/or unlicensed investment professionals to physically engage and pitch deals to players in gym is a bad idea for many reasons. Not to mention, creating potential confusion by players that the Hawks endorse the high risk offerings of "promoters" like Itzler.

Finally Mr. Itzler may have threatened or pressured Mr. Brand because Mr. Brand disclosed he intended to invest in a YYYYYYYY private placement that was a competitor to a JJJJJJJJJJ deal Itszler wanted Elton to invest in.

Therefore, could you be so kind to forward this to Mr. Yyyyyy and ask him to confirm the # of days over last 2 weeks he can recall Itzler was seen in gym or adjoining areas that players use. And if Mr. Yyyyyy can review any security cam coverage during days Mr. Brand was using facilities, and try to determine if he can confirm Itzler had contact that appears to show attempts to "pressure" "threaten" or "promote" Mr. Brand.

Simultaneously, as Mr. Yyyyyy looks into this, can u introduce me to Senior Zzzzzz via email to alert the Hawk lawyers to this matter, and provide me with their contact info to further discuss their views on this potential unhealthy interaction, and how to protect players like Mr. Brand while on Hawk facilities. Or at least vet background of "promoters" that are likely to pitch  high risk investments to players. And provide guidelines to nonplayers that want to make solicitations to players while on Hawk premises. Including Hawk GC providing highly visible warnings or regular briefings that Hawks have no affiliation with Itzler offerings.
