Emailfinders leads you to believe their service is only $1.95, when in fact it is not. You don't have an option of paying only $1.95 as advertised. They shouldn't be able to advertise $1.95 if you will not have that option. They bill you once a year. This is a recurring once a year membership and has nothing to do with $1.95. So buyer beware.
