Beware! This company has a great pitch and sales process, but they are not competent to do the work.  We engaged them for SEO and Google Adwords Management.  The work started with Google Adwords preparation.

We sent them all of the literature we could about our company, and also gave them access to our existing campaigns.  They did not have to start from scratch, and after several phone calls to discuss what we do and review what others have already setup for us, it was thrown out the window by the person doing the work, and they completely made up keywords that have nothing to do with our business.

I told them to use my negative keywords already in use, but they ignored that, too, which was a big red flag for me.  The negative keywords save me thousands per month in bad searches pulling up my ads, and they didn't care or understand.  Finally they implemented that.

Then they send me the list of keywords again, which included terms that had absolutely nothing to do with my business or company.  It was busy work done by someone offshore I'm guessing, that didn't have a care in the world.

Again, I sent them a very polite email, with a clear explanation of what we do, what we're selling, etc. and said yet again, to simply review and tweak what was there, and 2 more weeks go by and it was obvious that nobody read or acted on that email.

At that point, I spoke with them directly, and said this is all wrong, and I have lost my confidence in your company.  They then suggested that I let another person do the work, because the first one "wasn't that good".  Well, that was it, I decided after 4 weeks of nothing happening, that this was just another stall tactic, so I asked for a refund since nothing was done correctly.

The reply I received was a flat-out "No refunds", and that I signed a contract...  The owner refused to speak with me.

It has now been another month or so, and I haven't heard a peep from them, nothing done, nothing delivered, so I tried to charge back the sale on my credit card.  For that, they fight me. They have tied up my money, and are not providing the service I contracted for.

Update: 2/2/18 - 3 months later, I have not yet submitted this complaint as I was trying to resolve it myself first. I tried to charge back the charge with Regions Bank and the bank took the stance of "there's a contract, we can't charge it back", but nobody can produce a contract!!!! The site in which I signed the contract, is GONE. The company refuses to send me a copy of said contract.
