EmartCentral.com Fraudulent SanDisk CF Cards Andover Massachusetts

I bought 30 cf cards from emartcentral in August 2008. I have been having some problems with them not formatting, corrupt cards errors, and losing images. I contacted SanDisk Warranty department to get them replaced. This is the answer I got from them:

Hello Cheryl,

Thank you for contacting sandisk RMA support. We have received and reviewed the photos of the Ultra II compact flash cards sent by you and after the review we have concluded that your Ultra II compact flash card is not a legitimate sandisk product and the serial number on the cards is also invalid so sandisk would not be able to replace your compact flash cards.
