I received an email to sign up for a visa card with a balance transfer from other credit cards. I signed up for the Embrace visa card and gave my accounts and amounts that I wanted to have transferred to the Embrace visa account. The amount totaled $500.00. I received a statement from Embrace for my first payment. When I looked at the bill and saw that I was being charged $500.00 and did not see any balance transfer information on the statement I became concerned. In the statement, it said that I would not receive the visa card until the balance was paid. This is a total scam and I need help in resolving this matter and getting all moneys back that I have paid to Jefferson Capital.
