EMC Mortgage Services Illegal mortgage interest fees, late fees, illegal application of payments, failture to send tax statement Lewisville Texas

Emc has failed to apply interest first towards payments as stated in mortgage contract. Emc has failed to abide by terms of original contract, Stating interest is paid first. Emc has illegally added their own terms to an existing contractual agreement. In retribution to letters I sent to emc I no longer receive monthly payment coupons or statements. Emc have failed to respond to my letter outlining failure to apply payments correctly. Emc has failed to provide end of year tax statement.

Emc is unavailable by phone, using a loop message to nowhere. The emc web site is unable as a method to seek account info and/or to contact costomer service rep.
