Danilo Rippa Aka Pasquale aka Emiliano Rippa ripoff, italian model, armani leather jacket, rental car West Los Angeles California

i got ripped off by this guy named Emiliano Rippa, 23 years old, in West Los Angeles (Sepulveda + Palms).
i gave him $500 and got 2 jackets. (when he showed me there were 3 jackets, but when i came home and opened the bag, there were only 2. he probably saved 1 when i went to the bank to get the money)

it was exactly the same story as others described.
But probably different guy, because the one i met was
about 6'1" with curly hair.

i had memorized the license plate number and remembered that it was from Dollar Rental Car. So i called the Dollar Rental car to verify. First, they wouldn't give any information for privacy, but i lied that i got into an accident with this car. And i found out that all the information, incl. license plate number, name, returned date (the date i got ripped off) were correct.
SO IT'S NOT A GOOD IDEA TO TRACK THEM WITH THE CAR BECAUSE THEY ARE REALLY DRIVING RENTAL CARS. the one he was driving was Chrysler 300M.

I called the police, but the police said they can't do anything about it since i litterally handed the money to him. So i just let go the memory of him.
BUT I MET HIM AGAIN TODAY. He approached to me
on the same street i met him the first time. i recognized him and went near his car. i tried to open the door, but it was locked, then he recognized and ran away. this time, he was driving a Chrysler PT Cruiser.
