I signed up to get what I thought was some info through the mail to find out how to make money with Google online for my son, who has been out of work for 9 months. I received an e-connection to their sight but didn't find it very helpful. I did not read where I was going to be charged an additional amount for this. To my surprise I saw that a transaction on my bank account had gone through on 2/23/09 for $39.95. I also incurred a foreign transaction fee for $1.20 the next day. I called the number on the 23rd and told them to cancel my membership and refund my money. The person that I talked to said that my account would be credited in 5-7 days. I checked my account every day after that and never received the money.

I have called every day since 3/4/09 requesting my refund and information as to when I will receive it and am always told that I will either receive my money right away or that they will send me an e-mail within 24 hours as to when I would receive my money. I can't get anywhere with them and I can't get my money back.
