Emoshape Emospark The company delivered a product which had never worked, now they shut down the emospark site. New York or London Internet

 I, and 700+ others, purchased the Emospark Cube in 2014 or 2015. The device was to be delivered early in 2015 and was not until the middle of the Summer. I was also not sent the devices I ordered, they sent them to the old address after I sent the new one to them, twice, after they requested agreed updates specifically from us backers. I fought with them to get my order , finally did, but had to pay for shipping.... which I already did. I got the cube, only one sent to me until they collected the others they mailed to our old home. I had ordered multiple cubes to help with my autistic nephews and niece. Since I only got one, I decided to try to set it up. After one month I had to get help from support. The problem was, Hurricane Season hit. I had no service for a bit. Once I finally got to calling them and emailing them, they were unresponsive. Tried to do it again solo, got the thing to connect but won't take my certificate key. Grabbed one of the others and that worked. Tried to set the camera up, that did not go well. So now I have a box that talks and just gets stuck at the setup screen for the camera. Now I tried to find help in any direction from the Emoshape company, but there's no-one responding or any info online due to them scrubbing the Emospark.com site. All emails go unanswered. I'd like to know what they are going to do to resolve the issues or refund the money. I set the founder started a new company directive and moved to New York. Great, maybe we can get off money back easier. I am very unhappy that there was zero communication from the company since June. What kind of business takes all that money and promised to deliver an awesome AI, but really end up being a confidence scheme.
