Empire Credit Protection ECP Took My money and did not Clean my credit as he said he would Covina, California

In April 2009, I hired William Lopez to repair my credit score. He required me to pay him i'n full to repair my credit score. Will lopez charged me $1000.00 to repair my credit score. He guarantee me that he could fix my credit and credit score or refund my money back. He provided past customer and provided me with before and after credit reports. Mr Lopez charged me for services he never provided. I given a lot of promises, but no results. In 2012 I was awarded a small claims judgement for 1000.00 against MrLopez. He never return my calls or pay me for the judgement against him. Mr Lopez continues to commit fraud by promising customers that he can repair their credit score.
