Empire medical training states that after attending course you will be certified to administer Botox when in reality they do not have the authority to offer certification as it does not exist. Staff were very rude promising to return calls and not doing so.

Staff went as far as to hang up on me several times after this was brought to their attention. Do not give them one red cent as you will have a hard time getting it back for any reason. STAY AWAY scamming at its finest! Could be dangerous if you are a medical professional!!
