Empire Motors Inc. Valor Blazor They asked for $15,000 for new heads that were ready to ship. No Heads no refund sense 2009. Theives and crooks. Do not do business with them. El Paso, Texas

Empire motors solicited business all over the country, via classic car magazines, for custom made hard to find auto parts.
Joe Patten contacted via mail and phone to see if they could make cylinder heads for his Rolls Royce. Mr. Perriguey agreed that he could have the heads made and would ship them as soon as they were finished but asked for $15,000 up front. I mailed the check in December of 2009 and Mr. Perriguey cashed the check in the same month. As of this time no parts have been shipped and the money has not been returned. I have contacted Mr. Perriguey many times and demanded the money back. Valor Blazer is another name. These people are crooks.

To whom it may concern:
Joe Patten, Placed an order 2009, for a RR V-12, 1937, Cylinder Heads, thtat would be mfg'ed to Order, he would supply a Set of Original Heads to be used a a pattern We forwarded him a written quotation, with Terms and Conditions of Sale, for $12,000.00 Plus $500.00 for Shipping & Handling, he forwarded a check for $12,500.00, he wrote on the Check the Invoice No. 12709-1 acknowleding the order, that he agreed to. Joe Pattern, did not fullfil his side of the agreementl, by not sending the Orignal Samples.l lWe did not state, that this was a shelf item, but was a custom mfg'ed order. As of now, we are still waiting for the sample heads as agreed.
