We had our entire downstairs recarpeted and after the crew left, we noticed a 6 foot cut right across our living room. We had Empire come out, but instead of fixing it, they put glue on it! Our sales guy has been completely unresponsive and even after the company sent someone out to look at it, we cannot get anyone on the phone to resolve this issue. it has been over a month and I am basically going to have to dispute this transaction as the carpet looks worse now than it ever looked before!

The other issue is that they put all the small items from a shelving unit into a trash bag and threw it outside. It contained a collection of over 20 snow globes that my wife had purchased during our travels over the past decade. Aftter the job was complete, we went to unpack them and every one had been broken.

Avoid Empire and go with a reputable company if you want you and your property to be treated with respect and have a proper installation done!
