EMTC, Inc. Thieves, Beware, Do not provide what ordered Santa Clara, California

Beware of this company. I had my first time buying experience with EMTC and it will be my last. Believe the negative reviews you see here and elsewhere, I wish I had. I ordered a couple of batteries for My Touch phones as well as a car charger for the same. All arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The batteries do no hold a charge more than 6 hours, even less than the old batteries I was replacing. And these were supposed to be the higher AH batteries. The charger would not fit the phone and when I contacted the company they said they would not replace the charger and expected me to pay for the return shipping for a device they shipped in error. With no offer to provide the correct part and to ship the item for which I had already paid, I decided to cut my losses and just not do business with EMTC again. I would strongly recommend you do the same. Avoid the headaches.
